Mosaic Gardens at Westlake is a 125-Unit affordable apartment building with a variety of support services offered to the residents. Units are offered to families and seniors, ½ of which are offered to the chronically homeless. The ongoing, full-time support services successfully make-up a vital part of the building programs, including treatment for chemical addiction and physical and mental disabilities. Additional amenities include computer labs, a fitness room, lounges, and a senior community rooftop with vegetable and herb gardens.
