King 1101 is a 100% affordable housing community with 26 units available for homeless veterans and low-income families. The L-shape of the apartment allows for more natural light and cross ventilation, reducing the need for any artificial light and heating or cooling. While the units are fairly identical on each floor, the walkways vary in width to create more opportunities for residents to gather and socialize.
