This urban contemporary residence overlooks Hollywood and is approximately 23,150 square ft, with nine separate units. The building design of each two-story unit is inspired by the historical context of the neighborhood, with the bottom portion of the building appearing firsthand to be quite simple, but growing increasingly expressive as the eye scans up the building. The residence is a dynamic masterpiece with exteriors made of architectural metal sheet paneling, and interiors kept at a minimal, color palette.
