900 Stradella — Los Angeles, CA

Architect: SAOTA

900 Stradella is a remodel of a 1970’s residence in Bel Air. Originally built to ensure full privacy and capture panoromic views of Downtown, the goal of the new project was to strip all traces of it’s previous Spanish style architecture to create openings for a greater flooding of West Coast light. An asymmetrical passage is carved through the main body of the home, framing the high ceilings of the living area and revealing views of the city and ocean skylines. The added landscaping was made to further enhance the luxurious setting of this luminous, contemporary home.
